Texas Commercial Finfish Harvest & Sell License

The Texas Commercial Finfish license is not available to purchase from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, the only way to get one is to buy one from someone currently in possession of one.  This license will enable you to catch unlimited amounts of certain fish, as well as expanded limits on others in Texas controlled waters for the purpose of selling them to restaurants, fish markets, etc.
