1996 Buckeye Powered Parachute Trike, 440 Rolex 2 Stroke Engine,

Elderly owner has not been able to come by and get it running yet however the motor does turn over by hand and has compression.  Owner states that it will run.  There is an old parachute that does come with it for size comparison but owner states that it is not certifiable and should not be used to fly.
